This is a short 1 hour workshop to teach you the basics of CPR and first aid!
You will learn:
- How to recognize an emergency
- How to do CPR (compressions only)
- How to do choking maneuvers (adults, children, infants)
- Bleeding control
- Fracture control
- Epipen training (anaphylaxis)
