FIRST AID for camp

This course will teach you the most useful skills in day camp or sleep away camp environments. They can come in handy for travelling and many outdoor activities as well.

Content:

How to do CPR on adult, child, and infant
Choking procedures
Recovery position
How to recognize medical shock and what to do
Common injuries like cuts, sprains, burns, bleeds, etc.)
Asthma and allergies
Full pain evaluation
Intervening as a first responder
Hypothermia and frostbites
Heat related injuries
Scenario practice
etc.

Duration: starting from 6 hours

Hybrid format available! ~3hrs online + 3.5hrs practical

Certification: Heart and Stroke Foundation (3 years)
