Policies

Minimum requirement for private bookings.

We require a minimum of 4 participants for any private bookings. Although it is possible to book us with less than 4 participants, the minimum charge will still apply.

Non-refundable deposit for private bookings.

For any private bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 200$ is required. This amount will be deducted from the total of the course, once the course will be completed, and certifications given.

The balance for private bookings needs to be paid in full within 30 days of the completion of the course. Any delay in payment may result in a 50$/week late fee.

Cancellation policy for open sessions.

A payment by credit card or e-transfer (info@cprmontreal.ca) is required upon registration. We will honor a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase. Should an unfortunate emergency prevent you from attending our session, we may reschedule your course for a later session at one occurence, or offer you a 50% refund.
